Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Mistral), LangChain, and transformers. Proficiency in traditional ML pipelines, model optimization, and feature engineering is required, along with a strong software engineering background in Python and API development. Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments, particularly Azure, and hands-on experience with MLOps tools for versioning and deployment are also necessary. Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS) and embeddings is beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Team Lead - AI, you will design and build LLM-based applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, develop and deploy traditional ML models for property and financial data analytics, implement multi-modal AI solutions, architect Azure-based AI services using Kubernetes (AKS), integrate with MRI’s global platform, mentor junior AI developers, contribute to AI R&D, collaborate with product, engineering, and cloud teams globally, and lead AI experiments in Vision AI.
