Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee engineering projects that require expert application of advanced knowledge, cutting-edge technology, and system integration
Provide strategic technical leadership ensuring alignment with business goals and guiding the team to meet deadlines and deliverables
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale, complex software systems with a focus on scalability, availability, performance, and maintainability
Implement best practices in agile methodologies to ensure quality code, continuous improvement, and efficient software architecture and design
Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring timely project delivery with minimal disruptions

Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while ensuring technical feasibility
Champion initiatives to improve software performance, developer productivity, and delivery speed through the adoption of innovative tools and technologies
