Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related program
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
  • Ability to work in-office at least once per week (1-2 days per week preferred)
  • Within reasonable commuting distance from Indianapolis, IN (unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

  • Performing in-depth data analysis and tax modeling and assisting with process improvement
  • Researching and executing analysis of tax law (federal, state and/or international)
  • Supporting ongoing state and/or federal tax audits
  • Preparing selected tax filings while analyzing tax developments and their application to business units
  • Working with a tax team to deliver outstanding results
  • Assisting with federal and state income tax compliance, tax accounting, examination/audit defense, and special projects
