Responsibilities
As a Target Security Specialist, responsibilities include creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests, promoting a physical security culture within the store, responding to and documenting security incidents accurately and promptly, conducting merchandise theft recoveries, preventing theft and shortage, utilizing Target's video surveillance system, and adhering to all safety policies and AP policies. The role also involves leveraging de-escalation tactics, supporting team members and guests, and performing merchandise receipt checks while following established procedures.
