Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on what "amazing" looks like for each role
  • Build evaluation frameworks and scorecards to assess talent consistently
  • Track metrics: time-to-hire, source quality, pass-through rates, offer acceptance
  • Optimize sourcing channels and double down on where best hires come from
  • Document what works to scale intelligently
  • Hire and train additional recruiting support as the team grows
