Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local Monterrey job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken
  • Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus)
  • This position is onsite at our Monterrey, Mexico office

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Job Marketing: Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale
  • Candidate Management: Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
  • Onboarding Coordination: Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes
  • Hiring Process Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team
