Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruiting process for Medtronic’s internship programs, including Engineering Intern, WISE Intern, and Engineering Conversion Hiring
  • Support annual intern conversion hiring, including providing compensation recommendations, delivering verbal and written offers, and negotiating starting salary with candidates
  • Manage decline and backfill processes, and serve as a point of contact for candidate questions
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to review engineering and WISE intern resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews, and support offer and onboarding processes
  • Match candidates to business needs, manage re-matching when preferences shift, and ensure all offers are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain compliance and process consistency across programs and systems (Workday, Paradox, Handshake)
  • Coordinate logistics for campus events, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events
  • Partner with school teams and alumni to strengthen relationships at assigned universities
  • Manage event budgets, collect candidate data and feedback, and track ROI to inform future strategy
  • Partner with program managers to plan and execute summer intern programming across Medtronic sites
  • Serve as lead for virtual programming, communications, and engagement platforms (Teams, Abode, GroupMe)
  • Assist with process documentation, system training, and change management for new TA tools and workflows
  • Create and maintain process guides; ensure data accuracy for reporting and analytics
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, candidate experience, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with peers to streamline processes and drive consistency across early career programs
