Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction and engineering roles (field engineers, coordinators, superintendents, H&S, etc.)
  • Proactively develop sourcing strategies and maintain proactive pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and community partners
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage scorecards, and support selection decisions
  • Advise hiring managers on job requirements, market insights, and recruitment timelines
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and audit-ready records
  • Support employer branding, job fairs, and community outreach
  • Collaborate with HR team to align offers, PAF approvals, and onboarding coordination
  • Coach junior recruitment coordinators
  • Support other departments or perform additional tasks as required to meet project or business needs
