Responsibilities

  • Partner deeply with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job ads that speak to Diligent’s brand and culture
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles – sourcing, screening, and closing top talent across sales, marketing, customer success, and more
  • Source creatively through networking, talent communities, and digital platforms to find and engage high-caliber candidates before they hit the market
  • Be a trusted advisor to business leaders — providing insights on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer stage, ensuring every interaction reflects our values
  • Leverage technology – from our ATS to data-driven sourcing tools – to streamline and enhance how we recruit
  • Manage agency partnerships where needed, ensuring accountability, alignment, and strong collaboration
  • Bring market intelligence to the table: share trends, talent insights, and competitor activity that inform our hiring strategies
