Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience managing high volume/temporary workforce full cycle recruitment efforts preferably within a fast growing tech startup/scaleup
  • Experience managing internship recruitment programs
  • Experience using Ashby, Testlify, HackerRank, or similar tools
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Courage, resilience and an ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • A track record of taking ownership

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume full cycle recruitment efforts for Cohere's part-time Annotation workforce & Internship programs
  • Assist the Talent team by managing Recruitment Coordinator activities (i.e. scheduling & admin & event coordination)
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proactively identify and implement recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Update our applicant tracking and other systems (i.e. Ashby) with accurate information
