Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS
Generate recruitment reports and analytics
Conduct interviews for a variety of roles (both representative and corporate)
Oversee the full candidate life cycle — from sourcing to offer stage
Coordinate client interviews and gather feedback as needed
Collect required candidate documentation
