Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions or departments, with minimal oversight
  • Conduct structured intake meetings, capturing role requirements and influencing processes
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive talent pipelining for recurring, low-complexity roles
  • Screen candidates, manage interview processes and handle offer negotiations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and interview panels
  • Leverage recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DEI representation) to keep stakeholders informed and adjust search strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS data and generate reports to track progress against hiring goals
  • Collaborate with the coordinator team to ensure seamless scheduling and communication
  • Champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias in process design
