Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and interviewing to closing top candidates
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on hiring strategy
Manage a seamless candidate experience, ensuring everyone leaves with a great impression
Lead interviews, assess skills and motivations, and provide structured feedback
Act as an ambassador of Similarweb’s culture and help build our employer brand in Prague
