Responsibilities
- Schedule a high volume of interviews while working with multiple time zones
- Candidate prospecting for a diverse set of talent leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse CRM Campaigns, and out-of-the-box recruitment strategies
- Providing a world-class experience for prospective employees and internal clients
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment amendments to candidates
- Contributing to Adhoc projects with the People Team and recruitment strategy
- Acting as the primary People team representative in the Bangalore office, assisting with local HR inquiries and initiatives as needed
- Create an exceptional, high-touch, "best in class" candidate experience from start to finish
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they have all necessary information
