Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting, operations, campus programs, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing early-career or high-volume recruitment (internships, entry-level, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and collaboration tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Ability to represent Orchestra and the Talent team externally and internally with thoughtfulness and professionalism
  • A passion for developing early-career talent and creating equitable pathways into the workforce
  • Experience building early talent pipelines and running programs from the ground up (preferred)
  • Background in communications, public relations, or digital media (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for internships, fellowships, and entry-level roles across Orchestra
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and implement structured interview processes tailored to early-career candidates
  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines of high-potential candidates through targeted outreach and partnerships
  • Manage up and strategically advise hiring managers, including owning regular check-ins to track progress and drive accountability
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout
  • Identify opportunities to improve early talent processes and help build sustainable, scalable systems as programs grow
  • Create resources and toolkits to support hiring managers with early-career recruitment best practices
  • Identify and maintain relationships with recruitment partners (e.g., universities, career training programs, etc.)
