Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead a country or regional Talent Acquisition team consisting of direct reports
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and delivery of world class Talent Acquisition services
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR professionals to establish and drive overall talent acquisition strategies
  • Work with business leaders to understand their needs, define, and manage strategic recruiting initiatives for all regional sites
  • Provide creative solutions and plan for future talent needs utilizing both external and internal talent
  • Stay on top of talent trends, bring forward new recommendations or technology, while managing costs
  • Design, implement, and execute proactive and creative sourcing strategies to generate active and passive candidate pipelines aligned with Plexus culture and D&I efforts regionally
  • Measure the sourcing effectiveness using best practices such as university recruiting, social, job boards, hiring events, technology, and more
  • Build upon the regional employment brand by promoting key differentiators to increase attraction, drive quality hires, and increase retention
  • Demonstrate ownership of the team’s full cycle recruitment processes and performance as a Talent advisor
  • Develop and utilize metrics to ensure clear understanding of recruitment goals and drive continuous improvements
  • Ensure consistent TA operations and exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the global Talent Acquisition leadership team by raising awareness to local challenges, implementing best practices, sharing ideas with other regions, and scaling local solutions globally (with some local differences)
  • Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values
  • Evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and ensure employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential
