Requirements

  • Currently based in Dubai, with eligibility to work
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in e-commerce, sales or fast-growing companies
  • Experience recruiting across APAC (Far East) markets
  • Proven track record in startups and/or multinational environments
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Independent, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior hires across diverse functions
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to design and deliver effective TA strategies
  • Build strong talent pipelines for tech, operations, and commercial roles
  • Drive sourcing efforts (LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, job boards, niche channels)
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Drive employer branding campaigns to position the company as a regional talent magnet
  • Manage and optimize ATS processes, recruitment metrics, and reporting
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Stay updated on market trends in TA across Asia-Pacific and the Far East
