Requirements

  • Experience working in a recruiting, talent coordination, or People Ops capacity (agency or in-house)
  • Comfort with recruiting tools (ATS, scheduling platforms, sourcing extensions, etc.) and a knack for organizing information cleanly
  • Detail-oriented, with a natural drive to bring structure and clarity to complex processes
  • A genuine interest in product design, technology, and the creative world; understanding of what good design looks like and enjoyment in talking to people who make it
  • Clear, human communication skills and a thoughtful, candidate-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own the front door of Metalab’s hiring funnel: triaging inbound applications across roles, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining an organized ATS
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities, job requirements, and the nuances of great product design and technology talent
  • Identify strong candidates from inbound flow and ensure they’re set up for success through the process
  • Support sourcing efforts for roles across Product Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations
  • Spot and fix inefficiencies in the ATS workflow, streamlining, tagging, and surfacing candidates more intelligently
  • Support scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics with warmth and precision
  • Contribute to an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Metalab’s creative, human-centered culture
  • Prepare and post open roles, ensuring all external job boards and our careers page are up to date
  • Track metrics and pull hiring data to support reporting and decision-making
  • Jump in where needed, flexing between coordination, sourcing, and project support as priorities shift
