Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Manage all interview logistics, including calendar invites, meeting links, candidate instructions, and timely confirmations and reminders
  • Assist with creating, formatting, and posting job requisitions
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest; document summaries for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and general inquiries
  • Collaborate with Facilities Group leaders to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and client requirements
  • Assist with special recruiting initiatives, such as hiring events, targeted outreach, and process improvements
