Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Familiarity with the APAC talent landscape and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage job postings across platforms to attract qualified candidates
  • Excel and prepare talent mapping and market insights using PowerPoint for hiring discussions and strategy planning
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities: candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Assist country TA teams with administrative processes to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and Abbott’s internal policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs
  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives to attract talent from underrepresented backgrounds
  • Provide guidance on inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Abbott’s Diversity & Inclusion goals
