Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience (operations delivery, sales or customer service experience is an advantage)
  • Experience in HR or recruitment (a benefit)
  • Strong interest to gain experience in recruitment and learn new skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications and ability to learn and use various systems
  • HR software / applicant tracking system / recruitment tools knowledge (nice to have)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
  • Process mindset
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex issues

  • Proactive in taking initiative and actively think about improvements
  • Fluent in English and Czech or Polish

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate communications
  • Schedule interviews
  • Perform system updates
  • Track candidate progress
  • Maintain compliance documentation
  • Support onboarding logistics and access provisioning
  • Help with job requisitions management to fill client hiring needs for various job profiles (e.g., Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing)
  • Depending on experience: perform candidate screening, sourcing, and other aspects of recruitment process
  • Monitor and continuously improve process and productivity
  • Interact with Hiring Managers and candidates, ensuring agreed Service Levels are met and high customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with client stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues (recruiters, Talent Acquisition specialists, Process Experts), supervisor, Team Lead, and other recruiters to ensure continuity of recruitment process delivery
