Requirements

2+ years of work experience (operations delivery, sales, HR or customer service experience is an advantage)
6+ months experience in recruitment (benefit)
Strong interest to gain experience in the field of recruitment and learn new skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications and ability to learn and use various systems
HR software / applicant tracking system / recruitment tools knowledge (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Manage assigned job requisitions by delivering end-to-end recruitment process for the client
Develop applicant sources via college programs, career fairs, and referral networks
Maintain hiring records in compliance with internal and external standards
Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure timely hiring decisions
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
Identify and engage passive candidates using market intelligence and SEO strategies to improve job post visibility
Partner with educational institutions and associations to build talent pipelines
Conduct initial screenings
Handle client hiring activities to fill various job profiles (e.g., Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing) in line with market norms and agreed ways of working
Liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, demand posting, candidate screening, sourcing, and other aspects of recruitment process
Monitor and continuously improve process and productivity
Interact regularly with Hiring Managers and candidates, ensuring agreed Service Levels are met and high levels of customer satisfaction for client stakeholders
Work closely with colleagues (recruiters, Talent Acquisition specialists, Process Experts) and Team Lead to deliver according to client expectations and maintain high quality standards
Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders (Hiring managers, candidates, HRBPs)
