Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration, with hands-on experience in Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration and troubleshooting. Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) environments, setting up and configuring Active Directory, advanced knowledge of Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, and Authentication protocols (LDAP) are required. Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell, in-depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments, and working knowledge of Python are also necessary. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, experience with identity and access management solutions (including PAM), and excellent time management and communication skills are preferred.
The Systems Support Engineer will provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online requests for technical support. They will represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are tracked, prioritized, resolved, and incorporated into the product release cycle. Responsibilities include assisting customers with software installation and deployment, tracking and monitoring support cases for timely resolution, and clearly identifying, documenting, and finding solutions for customer issues and product problems. The role also involves escalating critical customer situations to management and engineering, and communicating technical issues and solutions to internal teams and the customer base.
