Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with personnel across the enterprise to capture requirements, research, evaluate, design, plan, implement, and support critical business software and services, and improve existing processes and infrastructure. You will also maintain business availability by designing, implementing, and managing a monitor & alert system with automated processes/responses for key business systems, share information, mentor, and provide guidance to all technology related teams, establish and document standards for systems design, testing, implementation, support, and security, and document Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Base articles, and Fixing Guides to promote user and administrator self-service.
