  • Communicate clearly and like working with people across teams

Responsibilities

  • Build innovative solutions: Given a wireframe and data, hack stuff up and build internal solutions (60% creative focus)
  • Drive digital transformation: Work with the team to identify problems, design, and build workflows to deliver solutions
  • Shape a smarter future: Map out current processes and find creative, small ways to make them better; as you grow, shape data usage for better decisions
  • Help onboard new data for funds, assets, and projects; run simple checks to ensure data is clean, complete, and reliable; fix issues with the team (40% core systems and data)
  • Keep processes and documentation clear, simple, and useful
  • Support day-to-day running of 3 or 4 critical business systems, including managing user access, system configurations, and data updates
  • Log issues and help find smart ways to fix them
