Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with six years of experience in related occupations. This includes six years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry, five years in Scrum, Agile, and DevOps, and five years working on real-time API enhancements. Additionally, five years of experience in user acceptance testing and system integration testing, four years of experience developing business and technical requirements and managing the scope of business systems, and four years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, Jira Align, or Bitbucket are required. Three years of experience with Mongo DB and Oracle are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Systems Analyst Advisor will define and manage the scope of Business Systems projects, defining functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements. They will create and perform feature testing, determine environmental needs, and serve as the link between technical and business views by ensuring technical solutions meet business needs. The advisor will partner with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams, oversee service levels, mentor and assist in training initiatives, and perform estimates for application functionality enhancements. They will proactively identify future system opportunities and enhancements, develop use cases, and ensure project teams understand requirements specifications and that testing aligns with business expectations. The role also involves documenting high-level designs, assisting in training documentation, coordinating with Customer SMEs, IT Managers, and offshore/onsite teams for requirement gathering, documenting high-level business/process flows, and mentoring the use of tools to define requirements.
