Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 4 years of proven proficiency in Agile practices, processes, and artifacts. A strong understanding of servant leadership concepts, excellent facilitation skills, and proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) are essential. Strong dependency leadership, communication, people-interaction, organizational, and change management skills are also required, along with the ability to brainstorm solutions, maintain focus amidst distractions, and adapt to changing environments. A continuous improvement attitude is highly valued, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Scrum Master will coach and lead teams on Agile values, practices, and processes to achieve goals and deliver stakeholder value. This role involves working closely with Product organizations to manage project scope and timelines, coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Responsibilities include facilitating internal communication and collaboration, serving as the point of contact for external communications, resolving conflicts, removing obstacles, and helping teams implement changes effectively. The Scrum Master will ensure deliverables meet quality standards, guide development teams to higher scrum maturity, foster a productive team environment, and encourage Agile behaviors while supporting team performance and efficiency. They will also identify team improvement opportunities, lead Agile ceremonies, maintain and track team metrics and artifacts, and drive a supportive team culture through engagement practices.
