Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support experience in an enterprise environment
- 2+ years of experience with Active Directory and Office365, with a solid understanding of their relationship
- 2+ years of experience creating and managing group policies
- 1+ years of basic Windows Server management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager is a plus
- Basic understanding of network concepts (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, etc.) is required
- Experience with ADFS, SSO, and certificates is a plus
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, ability to make decisions aligned with the firm and end-users, and demonstrate the firm’s core values
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced support functions for workstations, enterprise software, and office infrastructure platforms
- Lead in planning, implementing, and supporting systems
- Auditing of system accounts to ensure licensing and inventory accuracy
- Perform advanced remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges, applying best practices for documentation and change management
- Support basic IT infrastructure, cloud, and networking
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
- Implementing updates and patches to keep systems secure
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Performing other duties and tasks as assigned
