Candidates should possess a PhD in health sciences, economics, biology, natural sciences, or a related field, with some related experience, or an MSc. with significant related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience. Proven experience in systematic literature review methods in health economics and/or health services research is required, with experience in network meta-analysis being an advantage. A deep understanding of research principles and demonstrated practical research implementation is essential, along with the ability to access and use various computer software.
This Systematic Literature Review Project Manager will independently direct key aspects of SLR research projects, design literature searches and algorithms, develop inclusion/exclusion criteria, oversee screening processes, validate data abstraction, finalize datasets, draft tables and figures, synthesize evidence, and prepare project deliverables such as reports, protocols, and manuscripts. They will also delegate tasks to junior staff, manage project plans and progress, develop project proposals, co-lead client communications, participate in non-literature based research, and participate in staff recruitment and training efforts.
