Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a challenging IT/OT environment
Strong technical background in IT with interest in OT cybersecurity
Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and industrial networking, including low-level experience with TCP/IP and Common Industrial Protocol
Ability to implement proper system security controls, metrics, and performance
Strong learning ability and willingness to learn and work with unfamiliar systems and devices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with partners from different departments
Network Professional Certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP and above or similar)
Cyber Security-related Certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISP or similar)

Design, plan, engineer, and provide operational support for attraction-related network security infrastructure (e.g., routers, servers, workstations, firewalls, HMI)
Monitor and manage the operation of cybersecurity systems and best practices across the attraction OT environment
Set up and implement standard security control frameworks/guidelines to ensure consistent application of OT cybersecurity controls
Implement and maintain best practice security controls on attraction servers, platforms, and control systems
Deploy and maintain next generation firewalls
Apply network security knowledge and skills
Provide expertise in the technical design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting for security infrastructure components
Deploy and administer VPN solutions
Collaborate with OT/IT engineers, global security team, and stakeholders to address security needs and support OT System Risk assessment
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
Provide training on OT Cybersecurity best practices
