Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, including incident detection and response
Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Office 365 Security, Endpoint Protection, and VSX
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node.js, Go, or PowerShell
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage security measures to protect company data, systems, and networks
Monitor and upgrade security systems to ensure ongoing protection and compliance
Detect, investigate, and respond to system and network security incidents
Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability testing, and risk assessments
Manage and troubleshoot Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, and Data Loss Prevention tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all operations
Participate in the change management and incident response processes
Maintain detailed documentation and prepare regular reports on security posture and incidents
