Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, including incident detection and response
  • Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Office 365 Security, Endpoint Protection, and VSX
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node.js, Go, or PowerShell
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage security measures to protect company data, systems, and networks
  • Monitor and upgrade security systems to ensure ongoing protection and compliance
  • Detect, investigate, and respond to system and network security incidents
  • Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability testing, and risk assessments
  • Manage and troubleshoot Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, and Data Loss Prevention tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all operations
  • Participate in the change management and incident response processes
  • Maintain detailed documentation and prepare regular reports on security posture and incidents
