Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or 1 year as a DevOps/SRE Engineer, with strong Linux administration skills. Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Groovy scripting, experience in automation development, and hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Terraform are required. A solid understanding of the network stack, Infrastructure as Code principles, CI/CD principles, virtualization and containerization technologies, and provisioning/orchestration systems is necessary. English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level and strong communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The System Engineer will collaborate with Senior System Engineers and DevOps professionals to ensure the smooth operation and high availability of production systems. They will maintain infrastructure, configuration, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code practices. Responsibilities include creating, extending, and improving delivery and development processes and systems, participating in software deployment and maintenance, and being part of the Incident Management roster for troubleshooting and resolving production incidents.
