Requirements

  • Completed IT education (e.g. Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar
  • Work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areas
  • Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
  • Experiences with Microsoft Office product family
  • Advanced knowledge about IT infrastructure
  • Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility
  • Ability to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
  • Good English skills and French will be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets
  • Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionality
  • User- and device management (e.g. hardware, licenses, equipment) including documentation
  • Support business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvements
  • Attention to data and system security and privacy compliance
  • Alignment to compliance requirements (PCI, SOX) and all IT policies
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outs
  • Collaborate with site leader and management team
  • Daily participation in regional meetings
