Requirements

  • Ability to work closely with the Global Head of Compliance & Risk
  • Experience acting as primary contact with global broking teams and corporate functions
  • Expertise in advising on Trading Partner relationships, onboarding, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of maintaining accurate records of trading partner relationships, including correspondence, documentation, and due diligence
  • Proficiency in advising on and drafting TOBAs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Transfer of Business Agreements, and other contractual or insurance documents
  • Understanding of licensing requirements and compliance with applicable regulatory regimes across markets/jurisdictions
  • Capability to handle third party payment approvals, ensuring policy adherence, stakeholder updates, and escalations
  • Skills in identifying and advising on potential sanctions issues, escalation, guidance, and commercial solutions
  • Experience responding to intermediary questionnaires from third parties
  • Ability to prepare, compile, and collate compliance data and MI
  • Competence in assisting with maintenance of registers (e.g., Gifts & Entertainment, Complaints)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Broking Teams, Operations, and key stakeholders to advise on Trading Partner relationships and assist in onboarding and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trading partner relationships, including related correspondence, supporting documentation, and onboarding due diligence
  • Advise on and draft TOBAs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Transfer of Business Agreements, and other related contractual or insurance documents
  • Advise on licensing requirements to ensure business is permitted to transact/place business in specific markets/jurisdictions and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory regimes
  • Manage third party payment approvals, ensuring Firm's policies are followed, key stakeholders are updated, and escalations occur where required
  • Identify and advise on potential sanctions issues, recognize when issues might occur, escalate where required, provide guidance and commercial solutions timely, and liaise with business/stakeholders
  • Respond to intermediary questionnaires from third parties regarding their onboarding requirements
  • Prepare, compile, and collate compliance data and MI
  • Assist with maintenance of various registers, such as Gifts & Entertainment, Complaints, and others
  • Act as business advisor and enabler, working closely with Global Head of Compliance & Risk as primary contact for global broking teams and corporate functions
