Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 15 to 30 people, monitoring KPIs

  • Participate in regularly scheduled conference calls with clients to obtain feedback on team performance and implement necessary procedural changes
  • Partner with the manager on process improvements and workflow to ensure business objectives are met
  • Train, coach, and engage team members while fostering teamwork and a great work environment
  • Discuss and help prioritize development needs aligned with business needs and team members' current roles or future career interests
  • Identify on-the-job development opportunities and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
