Responsibilities

Liderar las operaciones de manufactura para garantizar la entrega oportuna de productos de calidad, en cantidad y dentro de especificaciones
Implementar proyectos enfocados en la reducción de costos de fabricación y mejora continua de procesos
Identificar, priorizar y asignar recursos para cumplir con el plan operativo anual y los compromisos presupuestarios
Supervisar la planeación de recursos para asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de fabricación
Monitorear y mantener bajo control los indicadores clave que impactan directamente la producción
Elaborar presupuestos y provisiones para las áreas bajo su responsabilidad
Analizar procesos e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas para optimizar resultados
Desarrollar talento y asegurar la ejecución de programas de excelencia operativa
Promover una cultura de cumplimiento ético y de respeto a las normas corporativas
Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento, previniendo, detectando y corrigiendo violaciones a leyes, políticas y código de conducta
Implementar el código de conducta, políticas y procedimientos corporativos, incluyendo la política global de interacciones y de terceros, asegurando la inducción y capacitación del personal
Identificar riesgos legales y de cumplimiento en el país o cluster correspondiente
Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos regulatorios locales (COFEPRIS) e internacionales (FDA, ANMAT, INVIMA), así como estándares corporativos (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OSHA)
Cumplir con los lineamientos de Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (BPD), Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación (BPF) y Procedimientos Normalizados de Operación (PNO)
Fortalecer los sistemas de control en los procesos de manufactura
Colaborar de forma integral con otros gerentes y áreas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos de calidad
Participar activamente en proyectos alineados al plan estratégico de crecimiento
