  • Experience developing technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Teams, Slack)
  • Adept at fostering relationships with internal teams like configuration and engineering
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, managing multiple issues without compromising quality
  • Skilled at identifying and reporting product improvement opportunities from feedback
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on products, trends, and best practices
  • Openness to learn about pricing domain and customers' business requirements
  • Familiarity with XML, XSD/XSLT
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and MSSQL
  • Preferred knowledge of Windows server (and IIS) and client platforms (Windows/MacOS)
  • Solid communication skills, independent thought, robust problem-solving, and ability to stay structured under steady workload
  • Availability for EMEA time zone (9 am CET start)

Responsibilities

  • Promptly address customers' inquiries, problem reports, and requests
  • Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses for problem resolution
  • Collaborate with Support team to diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify issues
  • Provide guidance on environment configuration, product setup, upgrade paths, and resources (including documentation and knowledge base creation)
  • Cooperate with configuration engineers and engineering teams on technical issues
  • Direct customers' IT resources to resolve cases efficiently, preventing escalations
  • Routinely report statuses to customers (e.g., scheduled calls) and apprise management of critical issues, urgent requests, and escalations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Deepen expertise in SQL/T-SQL, MSSQL, IIS, XML/XSD/XSLT, Visual Studio, Windows/MacOS
