Responsibilities

As a Support Engineer (Networks), the individual will provide second-level support for business and residential services, troubleshoot and resolve incidents across telephony, data transmission, and IPTV platforms, participate in service development projects, investigate recurring technical issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders and teams. They will also assist Telia engineers who implement services and contribute to creating troubleshooting processes for new services.
