Responsibilities

Identify and test new strategies to acquire partners (workers) in smaller, less populated markets, including periodic travel
Work cross-functionally to prepare partners for their first shift and ensure smooth progression through the partner journey
Build and execute systems for high-touch support to partners to achieve high retention rates
Engage with partners to understand motivations and challenges, improving the partner journey
Analyze outcomes (often daily), triage issues, take action where possible, and escalate when required
Manage partner supply to meet target number of high-reliability partners in assigned markets
