Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and five years of related work experience in supply chain or logistics discipline preferred
5-10 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics-related function
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Superior understanding of Supply Chain Logistics processes and strategy
Experience in driving change and transforming organizations through analysing and improving high level/strategic processes
Deliberate and structured way of thinking resulting in effective cross-functional delivery
Strong communicator (written and verbal) able to work with various audiences, partners and Senior Leaders
Experience in the project management domain
Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zones

Responsibilities

Lead complex warehouse transitions, including site consolidations, relocations, and system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless continuity
Own end-to-end project governance, cross-functional coordination with IT, facilities, and operations, risk management, and stakeholder communications
Deliver on-time, within-budget outcomes while optimizing warehouse operations and change management
Manage the execution and implementation of detailed program or project plans in concert with internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers, and third-party vendors during the requirements, solutions design and implementation phases to develop detailed project plans for implementation
Manage the program project from scoping, business case and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project
Work on risk assessment, communication planning, development of performance metrics, and project entry criteria
Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion
Oversee stakeholder expectations and provide issue/risk identification and escalation pathways
Supervise the implementation team of cross-functional project resources
Implement governance to ensure effective exchange of information between project stakeholders, senior management, and staff
Resolve complex project issues that involve representatives from multiple organizations
Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program project level
