Requirements

  • Leadership experience managing a global cross-functional engineering team of developers, data engineers, and system architects
  • Deep expertise in AI-driven planning systems, including agentic AI, machine learning, predictive models, and intelligent agents
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning tools and systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Anaplan
  • Proficiency in data engineering, including reliable data pipelines, unified data models, and data governance for AI/ML
  • Experience with digital twins, simulation environments, scenario modeling, forecasting, supply allocation, and optimization
  • Ability to integrate AI agents and planning modules with core enterprise systems and ensure scalable, secure, compliant deployments
  • Skills in automation of workflows, data visualization, performance dashboards, and real-time decision-making systems
  • Proven track record in translating business requirements into technical deliverables, timelines, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience owning performance metrics like forecast accuracy, plan cycle time, inventory optimization, and system reliability
  • Capability to collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, IT, Data Science, and cross-functional leaders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of advanced supply chain planning tools integrating agentic AI and machine learning for forecasting, supply allocation, and scenario modeling
  • Collaborate with data science and platform engineering teams to operationalize predictive models and intelligent agents for real-time decision-making
  • Implement autonomous planning capabilities to detect disruptions, recommend mitigations, and balance trade-offs across supply and demand
  • Develop and maintain digital twins and simulation environments for scenario testing and optimization
  • Partner with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant deployment of AI-driven planning services
  • Work under the Senior Director’s strategic roadmap to translate enterprise vision into actionable architecture and implementation plans
  • Oversee integration of AI agents and planning modules with core systems like SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Anaplan
  • Drive data engineering initiatives for reliable pipelines, unified data models, and well-governed data for AI/ML consumption
  • Lead automation of workflows, data visualization, and performance dashboards to improve operational decision-making
  • Manage a global team, translating business requirements into technical deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with supply chain process owners to address challenges like capacity constraints, yield variability, and foundry lead times
  • Own tool performance metrics including forecast accuracy, plan cycle time, inventory optimization, and system reliability
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to pilot, refine, and scale AI capabilities across business units
  • Ensure high-quality releases, change management, user adoption, and training
  • Identify and implement process and technology improvements to reduce latency, improve accuracy, and enable autonomous operations
  • Partner with external AI and software vendors to integrate emerging technologies
  • Maintain alignment with data governance, compliance, and ethical AI standards
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and innovation
