  • Any Graduation
  • 7 to 11 years of years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in order management or supply chain management
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present data to senior leadership
  • Preferred: Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic supply chain or retail environment
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the order management team in managing and maintaining replenishments
  • Support the Supply Chain Planning Team in end-to-end supply planning and execution
  • Support the merchandising team in delivering customer-focused product ranges to achieve sales, profit, margin, and stock targets
  • Review and validate POs once raised, and make amends (e.g., changes in volume, cost price, delivery date, retail price, delivery location)
  • Approve shipments of stock in relevant systems once a request to ship is received
  • Raise new POs and validate the accuracy of information in POs
  • Process Goods Received Notices as stock arrives, even if a PO is not found or live
  • Monitor PO status/progress in various systems to provide visibility and take next actions if flagged as failure state
  • Cleanse part-delivered/overdue redundant POs
  • Arrive at a consensus on the critical path (provided by supplier or created internally) and track associated products by PO level
  • Assist merchandising team in implementing category strategy to deliver KPIs (sales, profit, stock, availability)
  • Support achievement of milestones within the critical path, raise and resolve issues
  • Maintain relevant systems to reflect latest delivery position
  • Raise contracts for new orders with guidance from the merchandising team
  • Perform analysis and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging/adapting existing methods
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management related to team goals
  • Interact primarily with direct supervisor, peers, management at client/Accenture
  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts (even in individual contributor role)
