  • 5 to 8 years of experience (with 2-4 years specifically in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management)
  • Proven experience in demand forecasting, S&OP processes, and inventory management within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Skill in Plan - Supply and Demand Planning
  • Comfortable responding to requests from all levels of the organization
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the demand forecasting and planning process to ensure supply and demand alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain) to develop and manage demand plans that optimize inventory, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory
  • Assist Merchandising team in implementing aspects of the category strategy to deliver KPIs including sales, profit, stock, and availability
  • Understand and use relevant systems in the management of intake, availability, and stock
  • Maintain accurate records of commitment to providing stock intake and output forecasts
  • Liaise with the sourcing team, brands, and suppliers to ensure optimal commitment and intake position
  • Work with supply teams to ensure stock and availability targets are met
  • Conduct analysis and solve increasingly complex problems
  • Interact with peers within Accenture, clients, and/or Accenture management
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially the work of others
  • Serve as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort or team
