  • Any Graduation
  • 3 to 5 years of experience (or 2-4 years specified in pricing and promotion management, or supply chain management)
  • Proven experience in pricing and promotion, S&OP processes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Skill in Plan - Retail Forecasting & Replenishment
  • Comfortable responding to requests from all levels of the organization
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Helpful and proactive manner with a service orientation
  • Drives issues to resolution
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Support the buying team, ensuring tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance in the business unit
  • Implement promotion plans for the category
  • Support analysis of pricing
  • Respond to stakeholder queries/changes to product information and other actions
  • Input and deliver the promotional strategy for the category
  • Support delivering accuracy in pricing
  • Implement Buyer/Merchandiser led retail price changes, including checks, escalations & approvals
  • Add promotion plan with relevant compliance checks, communication to digital and requests for approval
  • Implement promotion offers (e.g., 20% off), check compliance and approvals with senior team members, request voucher code generation from the campaign team, request digital badging and approved promotions
  • Generate clearance report through canvassing and clearance data, sharing with buying and merchandising to review and determine next steps
  • Perform analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
  • Follow moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially the work of others
  • Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with focused scope of work
  • Potential to work in rotational shifts
