Student status (graduate or undergraduate) in a business or technical program from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
Coursework or concentration in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Math, or Data Analytics preferred
Completed coursework through the junior level with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
Basic understanding of analytical and statistical approaches to problem solving and financial accounting experience
Good understanding of Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
High level of initiative
Previous experience in the supply chain area is a plus
Responsibilities
Support sourcing processes, transformation initiatives, category management, and other supply chain activities
Assist in developing should-cost financial and economic models
Assist in supplier and market intelligence
Assist in request for proposal development and analysis
Gather data for demand planning and process improvements
Assist in inventory/material processes
Complete assigned tasks with attention to timing, quality, and accuracy
Execute a key project deliverable and present to executives at the end of the internship
Participate in Supply Chain Group meetings and support project delivery and service goals
