Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of process experience in Supply Chain as a key user or process expert with strong background in Data Analytics
  • Proficient in at least 2 of the following MTI processes: Inventory Optimization, Warehouse Management (WMS), or Quality Management
  • Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Analytics, Inventory Analytics, or Shop Floor data analysis (e.g., OEE, scrap, yield)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Experience with data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema) for analytical use cases
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, profiling, and transformation
  • Solid Excel skills, including basics of VBA for prototyping
  • Deep understanding of data structures within MTI-related systems like SAP (PP, MM, WM modules) or Oracle SCM or MES systems
  • Familiarity with a modern data platform: SAP BW/HANA, Azure Data Lake, GCP (BigQuery), or Snowflake
  • Communicate fluently in English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Analytics Managers and Solution Architects to support strategic MTI projects, leveraging functional expertise in production, inventory, warehouse management/MES/IoT
  • Translate complex business requirements from manufacturing and logistics leaders into data models and analytical prototypes, enabling better decision-making
  • Introduce digital solutions such as inventory optimization models and shop-floor data analysis within the Integrated Supply Chain
  • Identify and implement process simplification ideas using data to uncover inefficiencies across the production planning to fulfillment lifecycle
  • Analyze and model data from diverse sources, including ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and WMS systems, to support strategic initiatives and proofs of concept
