Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related discipline with at least 3 years’ purchasing experience in manufacturing environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc
  • Previous experience in SAP or Kanban system (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent material supply to meet production build plans by applying lean tools and collaborating with Order Fulfilment, Planning, and Production teams to manage dynamic demand changes
  • Work closely with suppliers to maintain safety stock, manage forecasting and obligations, and ensure on-time delivery. Conduct regular performance reviews with Supplier Quality and Sourcing to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyse inventory to prevent stockouts and minimise excess. Execute daily purchasing activities, update management boards, conduct kanban audits, and resolve issues such as blocked invoices and stock-out recovery
  • Collect and interpret supply chain data to support decision-making. Develop dashboards to track KPIs, identify risks and trends, and implement process optimisation using Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies and digital tools
  • Collaborate across departments to align priorities, resolve operational challenges, and support business objectives through effective communication and participation in cross-functional projects
