Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related discipline with at least 3 years’ purchasing experience in manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc
Previous experience in SAP or Kanban system (preferred)

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent material supply to meet production build plans by applying lean tools and collaborating with Order Fulfilment, Planning, and Production teams to manage dynamic demand changes
Work closely with suppliers to maintain safety stock, manage forecasting and obligations, and ensure on-time delivery. Conduct regular performance reviews with Supplier Quality and Sourcing to drive continuous improvement
Monitor and analyse inventory to prevent stockouts and minimise excess. Execute daily purchasing activities, update management boards, conduct kanban audits, and resolve issues such as blocked invoices and stock-out recovery
Collect and interpret supply chain data to support decision-making. Develop dashboards to track KPIs, identify risks and trends, and implement process optimisation using Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies and digital tools
Collaborate across departments to align priorities, resolve operational challenges, and support business objectives through effective communication and participation in cross-functional projects
