Requirements

Master’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in subcontractor management or similar roles within a consulting environment
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal)
Available for on-site work in Copenhagen

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors that meet project requirements
Conduct thorough due diligence and vetting of subcontractor credentials and capabilities
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, ensuring favourable terms and conditions
Manage contract renewals, modifications, and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and internal teams
Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve issues and provide updates
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure subcontractors comply with all relevant regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records of subcontractor agreements, performance metrics, and project progress
Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
Manage the end-to-end process of subcontractor engagement, from initial selection through to project completion
Ensure seamless integration and delivery of subcontractor services to meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards
