Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in subcontractor management or similar roles within a consulting environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal)
  • Available for on-site work in Copenhagen

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors that meet project requirements
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and vetting of subcontractor credentials and capabilities
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, ensuring favourable terms and conditions
  • Manage contract renewals, modifications, and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and internal teams
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure subcontractors comply with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of subcontractor agreements, performance metrics, and project progress
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end process of subcontractor engagement, from initial selection through to project completion
  • Ensure seamless integration and delivery of subcontractor services to meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards
