Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to qualify new suppliers, ensuring compliance with GDP and customer requirements
  • Work closely with transportation providers and warehouse service providers for seamless integration and quality compliance
  • Advocate for change management, continuous improvement, and innovation in supplier processes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Solve complex supplier-related issues using creative and analytical approaches
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying enhancements and implementing best practices
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments, evaluate capabilities/compliance/performance, and provide reports/recommendations
  • Ensure suppliers meet GDP requirements and customer specifications
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Continuously monitor supplier performance, identify trends, and optimize using data-driven methods
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier quality documentation and records for regulatory compliance
  • Provide training and support to suppliers to improve their processes and performance
