Responsibilities

Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to qualify new suppliers, ensuring compliance with GDP and customer requirements
Work closely with transportation providers and warehouse service providers for seamless integration and quality compliance
Advocate for change management, continuous improvement, and innovation in supplier processes
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Solve complex supplier-related issues using creative and analytical approaches
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying enhancements and implementing best practices
Conduct supplier audits and assessments, evaluate capabilities/compliance/performance, and provide reports/recommendations
Ensure suppliers meet GDP requirements and customer specifications
Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans
Continuously monitor supplier performance, identify trends, and optimize using data-driven methods
Maintain up-to-date supplier quality documentation and records for regulatory compliance
Provide training and support to suppliers to improve their processes and performance
