Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier quality, auditing, or quality engineering within a manufacturing or electronics environment is required. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and supplier quality management practices is essential. A Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification is preferred.
The Supplier Quality Compliance Officer will monitor and ensure supplier adherence to Silvus' quality requirements and applicable standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and IPC. This role involves conducting supplier audits, managing supplier quality documentation, and driving supplier corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities also include tracking and reporting supplier quality performance metrics, reviewing supplier documentation, collaborating with internal teams on supplier-related issues, participating in supplier selection, leading supplier development initiatives, and supporting internal and external audits.
